 Viscidi Maurizio 

PROFILE: Maurizio Viscidi was born in Bassano del Grappa on May 18, 1962.  Despite his young age, he is already an experienced professional coach, having coached already in more than 200 games.  He obtained the UEFA A license in 1997 as first of his class (ahead of Carlo Ancelotti) in the Master Course organized  by the Italian Federation (FIGC) with a thesis on the 4-3-3 scheme.  Viscidi has coached in the Padova Youth Program (1986-91), where he had the opportunity of coaching a young Alessandro Del Piero.  Thereafter, he coached in the Milan Youth Program, where he eventually became responsible for the second team (Primavera) of the Club.  In this capacity, he had the opportunity of working in close collaboration with Fabio Capello (1991-94).  He then started his career of Head Coach (Modena, Treviso, Vicenza, Lucchese).  Viscidi is very knowledgeable about the technical and tactical aspect of the game and has conducted many seminars with the FIGC.
