FAQs
What is Soccersolutions.net?
Soccersolutions.net is the reference website for those who love the game of soccer. All contributions available in Soccersolutions.net are taken from publications of the Italian Editor Allenatore.net, specialized in articles and proposals for soccer coaches.
The Editor Allenatore.net has produced numerous publications (books and DVDs) and owns a website (in Italian language) that includes, among its numerous subscribers, many soccer coaches (some heading important national and european Clubs).
Subscribers of www.soccersolutions.net will be able to buy important contributions for soccer coaches from various electronic collections.
What is an e-collection?
An e-collection is identified by a title and its author. Each e-collection is introduced by a video (presentation) which identifies the author and the subject.
Within each collection there is a series of contributions (exercises/schemes) that can be viewed and/or downloaded individually in various formats.
In addition, for each e-collection there will be a cumulative e-book (PDF format) including all exercises/schemes.
In which format is it possible to make use (view/download/print) of the contributions?
Each e-collection includes a series of exercises/schemes with related graphic and with a clear description. In addition, all exercises are proposed as animations. Many of them offer a video showing the proposed scheme/exercise implemented in a real game.
The following formats are available to the subscriber for each exercise:
a) File FLV with computerized animation of the exercise [can be viewed online].
b) File PDF with description and illustration of the exercise [can be viewed online, downloaded and/or printed].
c) File MP4 with computerized animation of the exercise [can be downloaded and reproduced off-line on PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone].
d) File FLV with application of proposed exercise in a real professional game [can be viewed online]. Please, note that this format is not guaranteed for all proposed exercises.
The large variety of formats makes it possible for the subscriber to access with great ease (even from personal tablet and/or IPAD) available contributions and show them to his/her players on the field.
How to view free exercises and verify the access procedure before buying any collections?
It is possible to view gratis the contributions of the Free Exercises section by simply registering to the site. New contributions (taken from e-collections that can be bought online at Soccersolutions.net) are proposed periodically in this section. This way, the subscriber can test the value and quality of the same, in addition to the modalities for viewing, downloading and printing them.
What is the procedure for buying contributions?
It is possible to buy the license to access one or more e-collections, according to the terms specified at the page "terms of use", by simply adding to the cart selected title(s).
If the subscriber is a first time buyer, at the end of the selection of the e-collection(s) the purchase is finalized with registration and payment.
If the subscriber is already registered and has completed the login operation, after selecting the desired e-collection(s) the purchased is finalized with the payment.
Which data are necessary for the registration process and what are the differences between a registration of an individual subscriber and "multiple" subscriber (Club/Company)?
Data required for registration are those typically required for such operations (first name, last name, address, etc.). In addition, the subscriber must furnish an e-mail address and a password, which will constitute the credentials (keys) to access the site.
In case of individual registration, the subscriber's credentials are subjected to an online control, to avoid that such credentials could be utilized by more than one individual. In case of attempt to login and view contributions of e-collections from two different IPs (using same credentials), the second attempt is blocked; afterwards, only the subscriber who bought the collection can access, following login as detailed in the e-mail automatically sent to the subscriber.
The process is much more elastic when the subscriber is a Club/Company. In this case, it is possible to proceed with multiple connections from different sites and with different IPs, "up to a maximum of 50".
Which are the available methods of payment?
Payment can be made with credit card or Pay Pal. Both operations are conducted on the Pay Pal platform and, aside from communicating the successful completion of the transaction, no details of the financial transaction are disclosed on our server.
Pay Pal is the safer, easy way to pay online. Hundred of thousands of web sites use Pay Pal for e-shopping.
Pay Pal hides your financial details, so you don't have to share them online.
Pay Pal also protects your purchases, and in case there is a problem, you can get your money back. Pay Pal lets you pay with few easy clicks. All you need is your e-mail address for quick, easy payment. You don't have to pay to enjoy the safety, speed and convenience of PayPal.
Once the purchase of e-collection(s) is completed and you have terminated the payment phase, how do you download and view the contributions?
All it takes, once the login is completed, is to go back to the category that includes the purchased e-collection(s). In place of the cart icon, you will see "view contributions". Clicking on "view contributions" gives access to all options (the buttons and links to view and/or download the contributions).
In addition, it is possible to access by clicking directly on "My collections" that appears in the "welcome box" under left of the screen.
